As much as it may sound like a cliché, I'm not just your typical coach. I'm here to be your guide toward the future you've been dreaming of. Coaching Program

Step One: Consultation

This is a quick meeting between 15-30 minutes in which we get to know one another and talk about what you’re looking for in support. This is where we determine if we are going to be a good fit for each other. I don’t want to waste your time if I am not the right person for you. I will try and guide you to someone else if for some reason I am not.

Step Two: Session Zero

A 90-minute deep dive into a detailed look at everything you want to accomplish while working with me. We break down your goals into actionable steps and create a plan based on your most noticeable struggles. This helps us build a framework in which we can track progress over the next few months.

Step Three: Commitment

Ultimately, everything comes down to how committed you are to improving yourself. Are you willing to put in the work? Are you willing to learn, be curious, and grow? If you are, then we can do amazing things together. If you aren’t there yet, I would ask yourself what is holding you back.

If you are ready, I would start with a three-month commitment. That is the bare minimum of time to take before seeing major change.
